Warranty

theBeam Warranty is a voluntary manufacturer's warranty. Its benefits are in addition to, and not a replacement for, the rights and remedies available to you under consumer law — including rights relating to non-conforming goods. Nothing in this document excludes, restricts, or modifies those rights.

If a product is defective, you may choose to claim under theBeam Warranty or under your consumer law rights. The terms and conditions of theBeam Warranty do not apply to claims made under consumer law.

1. Coverage

theBeam-branded products and accessories supplied in the original packaging are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for ONE (1) YEAR from the date of delivery to the original end-user purchaser (the "Warranty Period"), when used in accordance with theBeam user manuals, technical specifications, and published guidelines.

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from theBeam or an authorized reseller, and only to the original purchaser. It is not transferable. Proof of purchase is required.

2. Remedies

Where theBeam confirms a covered defect:

Within six months of delivery — a full refund, with return shipping covered by theBeam.

After six months and within the Warranty Period — an exchange, at theBeam's election.

theBeam determines eligibility and, where more than one remedy is available, selects the remedy. Repair, replacement, or refund is the sole and exclusive remedy under theBeam Warranty.

Where a product or part is replaced or refunded, the replacement becomes your property and the replaced or refunded item becomes theBeam's property. A replacement or repaired product carries the remainder of the original Warranty Period, or ninety (90) days from replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

3. Exclusions

theBeam Warranty does not cover:

  1. Consumable parts, including batteries and protective coatings designed to diminish over time, unless the failure results from a defect in materials or workmanship.
  2. Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, and damage to ports or housing, unless resulting from a defect in materials or workmanship.
  3. Liquid damage beyond the product's IPX6 rating, including submersion or exposure to liquids other than water.
  4. Damage from charging outside theBeam's published guidelines, including improper outlet voltage or use of a non-theBeam charger.
  5. Damage from accident, drops, impact, abuse, misuse, fire, or other external causes.
  6. Damage from use with any third-party component or product that does not meet theBeam's specifications.
  7. Damage from operating the product outside the user manual, technical specifications, or theBeam's published guidelines.

  11. Normal wear and tear, or normal aging of the product.
