Apply a water-based serum or gel to your skin or the device head to ensure optimal microcurrent energy flow and smooth gliding.

In Standby: Turn on the device to see the battery level. Five lights mean the battery is full; one light means it’s low.

Low Battery Warning

When Off: Pressing the ‘Power / Mode’ button won’t turn on the device if the battery is low; the first light blinks five times and then turns off.

What skincare products should I use with theBeam?

Use any water-based skincare product, this helps conduct the energy evenly and ensures smooth glide. 

 

A few options we recommend: 

• Hyaluronic acid serum (deep hydration and conductivity) 

• A hydrating sheet mask (great for comfort and glow) 

• Water-based lotion (as long as it’s not too thick or oily) 

• Pure aloe vera gel (light and soothing) 

 

Avoid creams or oils, as they block the Microcurrent and Radio Frequency (RF).

How should I clean the device after use?
