We want you to love your theBeam experience. If it’s not right for you, you can return it within 90 days for a refund.

 

To qualify, the device must be in like-new condition—fully functional, with no visible damage or wear—and returned in its original packaging. Returns showing excessive use or damage may be rejected or subject to a depreciation fee.

 

Like-new means used within the recommended treatment frequency, with all parts and packaging intact.

Excessive use refers to overuse beyond our guidelines or any commercial use.

 

Depreciation fees apply only in rare cases where there are signs of misuse or damage.

 

That said, we’re proud to have a 0% refund rate—proof of how well theBeam performs for our customers.

How to Claim a Refund

If your return meets the criteria outlined above, we will issue a refund or exchange. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
